Home inspection services can be performed as preowned residential home inspections or as a new home inspection. Generally home inspections are performed as a general home inspection, including such items as structure (roof walls basement , foundation and floor structures) mechanicals eg. plumbing heating & electrical. Some home inspections are more specific including 1 or 2 items only. We perform most of our inspections as "buyer home inspections" . Home inspections in Michigan sometimes include inspections for Radon and inspections for wood destroying insects eg. termites or carpenter ants , these must be ordered seperate.
